Greg Nicolas DeAngelo Leacock was born and raised in a small and vibrant community in Barbados, West Indies, where an early love for language and literature propelled him through The Alexandra School (Secondary) and University of the West Indies–Linguistics and French Degree Program.
Personal pursuits centered around two enduring passions-music and volunteer community service. Musical endeavors included renowned Caribbean choirs and acapella groups, performing classical European and Japanese works. Volunteer work centered around substance abuse, offender re-integration, remedial education programs and counseling.
Having the benefit of experience in the private sector as well as government/statutory agencies in Barbados and his adopted British Virgin Islands, Greg has set out to imagine bold new initiatives developing solutions in Renewable /Suatainable Development for Caribbean / International governments and private sector entities

Phillip has a career spanning 40 years in engineering, construction and project management, holding qualifications in both engineering and business management. Having worked for many years in the energy sector for a number of top ranked companies his more recent focus has been the renewables sector where he holds the distribution rights for a number of innovative renewable products manufactured in Europe. He is a professional and tenacious businessman & project manager with knowledge spanning the full project lifecycle, coupled with a wealth of project delivery experience in the petrochemical, offshore, power and nuclear industries.
Wilson is an Attorney at Law with a Degree in Business Administration and is currently the Managing Director of Wilson Rood y Asociados S.R.L., a Dominican law firm specializing in corporate matters- since 2000. He is Shareholder and founder of IDDI FV, a 50 megawatt solar energy project in Dominican Republic. Founder and shareholder of Mistral Energy, a renewable energy company with plans to develop offshore or inland wind farms.
Mr. Rood is a former member of the Board of Director of the Instituto Cultural Dominico Americano – a local bilingual elementary and high school – and University with over 15,000 students in the language courses. This is a bicultural institution backed by the US Embassy in the Dominican Republic. The US Ambassador is the Honorary Chairman. 2012 – 2016.
Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Directors of IDDI, a local NGO working closely with the World Bank, USAID, Inter – American Development Bank, GTZ of Germany, and many other international institutions to develop programs to improve the lives of Dominicans. IDDI is involved in micro-financing, renewable energy, community development, recycling and many other programs.

Tim was born into service, having been ‘Internationalized’ as the son of a British Overseas Development Administrator in Ethiopia and Seychelles. He completed his PHD in Chemical Engineering in the UK , joined BP Chemicals before doing consulting for ERM ( Environmental Resources Management)- switching to their Hong Kong office in 1990. After making his mark on Honk Kong Tim turned to Malaysia, starting and directing ERM’s activities around Southeast Asia until 2004 , enlisting with UNDPin Ache after the Asian Tsunami. He has also managed UNDP’s US$40 million Tsunami Recovery Waste Management Program and emergency responses to many subsequent natural disasters.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in Barbados in 1984 and proceeded to become a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales in 1989.
He has held positions such as Financial Controller of BVI Electricity Corporation and Chairman of the Board of the BVI Airports Authority in the past and is currently Chairman of the Board of Immigration.
He is an entrepreneur at heart and is involved in other businesses in the BVI and has served as Treasurer of the BVI Investment Club from its inception in 1992 to the present.
He has also been active in providing community service over the years through his church and as a former Rotarian. He has been married for the past 23 years and has raised four ambitious and productive young adults.

Before joining the Barbados technical and vocational education and training (TVET Council), Mr Greaves worked with: Global Green Development Inc. – a small renewable energy Barbados-based company – as General Manager for three years; Sagicor Life Inc. as Group Life and Health Administration Manager for one year; prior to which he worked as a business consultant in Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago for approximately two years. He spent three years as the Vice President for financial Administration for the University of the Southern Caribbean in Trinidad and Tobago where he was responsible for managing the finance, IT, plant services and special projects functions.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Accounts from the University of the West Indies, a Master of Science Degree in Development Economics from the University of London and most recently completed a Certified General Accountancy (CGA) qualification. Born and raised in Freeport Grand Bahama, Mark saw an increasing demand for renewable sustainable energy services and technology to compete against ever-rising energy costs. Mark studied construction management at Southern Tech State University and Computer Science at Andrew College. Before starting his own company, he worked on numerous sizable commercial construction projects and utility-grade projects exceeding 54 megawatts in the United States. Throughout his career, Mark gained experience in Project/Site Development Budget preparation, Project Design, Contract Negotiation, Construction Cost Control, and Design and Waste to Energy.
